Nobody ignored the lesson. There was just no time, before the next job, to make sure it reached anyone
Reporting, tracking and root cause analysis stay exactly where they are.
It gives supervisors something consistent to deliver, so quality does not depend on who is running the briefing.
It communicates the outcome of one.
LMS, Teams, SharePoint, shift screens, phones, briefings.
A voice note and photographs, from information you are already gathering.
Incident gets reenacted in the actual location it happened using the safety character.
The completed video highlights the incident, learning and actions.
We provide a visual asset pack so the learning is seen by different roles

A consistent, auditable record of how learning was shared after every incident.
It’s the first question an auditor asks. An emailed PDF has no answer to it. This does.
What ISO 45001 clause 10.2 asks for
Communicating the learning is an auditable requirement, not a nice to have.
Proves it was sent.
Proves it was sent.
That moves you from “it was sent” to “it landed”, which is what the clause actually asks for.
Against other ways of communicating incident learning
| Criteria |

Others: VR, simulation and animation platforms |
|---|---|---|
| What it shows | Your actual site, where it happened | A rendered or illustrated environment |
| Covers your specific incident | Yes, every time | Generic hazards, or an anonymised example |
| Effort from your team | A voice note and a few photos | Storyboarding, review cycles, scheduling |
| Time to first output | Five working days | Weeks to build |
| Ready before the incident | Yes, template set up in advance | No, build starts after you decide |
| Hardware needed | None. Phone, screen or LMS | Headsets, plus device management |
| Reaches nights and contractors | Yes, through your existing channels | Depends on headset access |
| Languages | Multiple, from one production | Catalogue languages only |
| Cost to start | £350 setup, £890 per incident | Annual licence, often five figures |
| Commitment | None | Annual contract |
| Where they’re better | Not built for recurring hazard training | Recurring competency training at scale |

A few images of the location and some notes
No, it stays inside your business, under NDA. Nothing leaves unless you choose it to.
Never. No names, no blame, no speculation. The script covers location, what happened, the immediate response, the key learning and what has changed.
We can wait, or produce the video on confirmed facts only. You control exactly what is stated, and anything factually uncertain stays out.
A fair question, and one we’re happy to work around. The videos are factual, non-blaming, and focused on learning and corrective action rather than fault. We work to whatever your legal or communications team requires, and some sites choose to wait until an investigation has closed. We’re not legal advisers, so we’d always encourage you to confirm your own position internally.
No. You send photographs of the location, along with any reference or CCTV footage you have. A site visit is never required. Filming on site is an option where you want richer coverage, not a condition of getting started.
A few key points explaining what happened and the key learning, a few clear photographs of the location, and any reference footage if you have it. There’s an optional AI prompt that drafts the voiceover script from a handful of bullet points if you’d rather not write it.
Within five working days of receiving the information, once your template is set up.
Yes. The voiceover can be produced using AI, which means the same video can be translated into multiple languages from a single production. This is where the cost advantage is largest, because language versions don’t require a new voice artist each time.
Most sites do, and it’s usually working well. The gap is rarely capture and we don’t overlap with the reporting software. What we support with is making sure the learning reaches people beyond the team involved, and helping you show that it did.
Distribution runs through your existing channels, so you get whatever data those provide: LMS completions, view counts, briefing records. It can also be paired with a short quiz or Q&A through your own LMS, which moves the evidence from “it was seen” to “it was understood.”
Small single sites with very few incidents, organisations that can’t share any incident details even internally, and situations where the real problem is that people aren’t reporting at all. That last one is a reporting culture problem and a video won’t fix it.
Setup is a one-off fee of around £350, which covers building your site-specific template. Each incident video is around £890. Exact pricing is confirmed after the demo.
You do. It’s yours to keep, reuse and archive.
Nothing automatic. If it worked, the same template handles the next incident. If it didn’t, it stops there.
