Overview
The purpose of the video was to support the recruitment of a new Managing Director – and also be used for future recruitment.

Challenges we overcame:
Getting across each of the values in a concise and exciting way
Getting across people’s personalities when they are not used to being on camera

What we did
- Used Different camera techniques to help differentiate different company values
- Fully bespoke effects
- Got the most out of people interview techniques to make them feel relaxed
- Brand colours throughout, to bring it inline with other videos in the series
